HDB hacking permit — required for removing old kitchen wall tiles & toilet hacking. We apply on your behalf (~3-4 weeks approval).
Renovation hours — HDB rules: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 9am-1pm. No Sunday or public holiday work.
Standard timeline — 6-8 weeks from design sign-off to handover, depending on permit approval + tile selection lead time.
MCST rules — for EC or private condo residents, we coordinate with your MCST office directly.
