How do I get trade pricing?
Register your practice via the form above. Once approved (usually within 1 business day), we send your trade rate card and grant access to the partner portal.
Do you work with single designers, or only firms?
Both. Solo practitioners welcome — the trade rate card applies to anyone running a legitimate design or contracting business.
What’s the lead time for trade orders?
Standard SKUs: 2–3 weeks. Bespoke carpentry: 4–6 weeks from design sign-off. Registered partners get priority queue.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes — we coordinate factory tours from Singapore to our Senai facility. Half-day visit including transport. Mention in the form notes if interested.
Do you offer drop-ship or directly-to-client delivery?
Yes for Singapore. We can deliver direct to your client site, or to your office for staged install. Confirm at order time.
Does Arimokko ever pitch direct to my client?
No. Registered trade partners get an exclusivity guarantee — we never solicit your client direct. Your designs, your relationships.
What about scale or contract manufacturing?
For volume production, OEM carpentry, or contract manufacturing partnerships, visit our factory site at Mokko Factory. Different business unit, same factory.
