TERMS AND CONDITIONS Dear valued customer, Thank you for purchasing VALENTI product (“the product”). The product shall be covered under warranty by VALENTI PTE LTD (“VALENTI”) whose company address registered below, (company registration no: 201525565D) against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with and subject to the warranty Terms and Conditions: 1) The products such as Built-In Hob, Cooker-Hood and Oven will be covered for TWO years (24 months) on labour, transport and part/s based on the date of purchased. Items which NOT covered under this warranty are plastic panel / handles, oil collectors, plastic attachments/accessory’s part, glass panels, cable core, plug-top, aluminium/metallic filters, charcoal filters, bulbs/LED/tube, plastic control switches, baking trays/racks, rubber gaskets, burner cap/ring/support, wok/pot stand, battery, control knob, glass-top (only one-time off replacement due to natural shattering though it covers “Lifetime Warranty”, dent and/or scratches. 1.1) The cooling products such as Chest Freezer, Upright Freezer, Beverage Chiller and Wine Cooler will only be covered for ONE year (12 months) on labour, transport and part/s based on the date of purchased. Items which NOT covered under this warranty are plastic panel, plastic attachments/accessory’s part, glass panels, cable core, plug-top, bulbs/LED/tube, plastic control switches and rubber gaskets. 2) The product/s is warranty against any defective materials and/or manufacturing faults only. However, the warranty will automatically nullify once the appliances use for commercial purposes except for wine cellar, beverage chiller and/or chest/upright freezer. 3) The warranty does not cover any defects or damage due to spillage of food, liquids or chemical reactions arose during washing, cleaning, cooking etc, resulted corrosion, rusty, or stain marks. 4) The warranty does not cover damages to any product caused by accident, negligence, misuse, item/s such as wear-and-tear, or item/s meant under depreciation over period of time or any way being tampered with; by any unauthorised installation, alteration, repair or modification, poor or no maintenance, failed to maintain sufficient height clearance distance between hob and hood as required, and failed to follow prescribed operation procedure guideline. 5) All Town-gas cooker need to be installed by License Gas Service Worker which certified by Energy Market Authority (EMA). 6) The warranty is only applicable if the product is purchased from an authorised VALENTI dealer from the mainland of Singapore.
