Returns & Refunds
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the terms for returns, refunds, and warranties:

1. Return Window
Change of Mind: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Warranty Claims: Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility
Accepted Conditions:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Not Accepted:

Items damaged due to misuse, altered products, or items not in original condition.
3. Return Process
Initiate a Return: Email us at enquiry@renovator.com.sg with your order number and reason for return.
Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Ship Back: Return the item(s) to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a warranty claim.
4. Refunds
Change of Mind:

Refunds will be issued as store credit within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warranty Claims:

Approved claims receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement (if available).
Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon approval.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for warranty-related issues. Contact us to arrange a replacement if stock is available.

6. Shipping Costs
Customers pay return shipping for "change of mind" returns.
Pre-paid return shipping for warranty claims is reimbursed upon approval.
7. Exceptions
Final Sale Items: Clearly marked "non-returnable" products are excluded.
International Duties/Taxes: Refunds exclude import fees or return shipping costs for refused deliveries.

Warranty Information
We honor a 90-day warranty from the delivery date for manufacturing defects. For warranty claims, email enquiry@renovator.com.sg with details and proof of issue.
